Terex acquired Genie in September 2002, but Genie has been building
quality lift equipment since 1966.

Genie products are grouped into seven product families, ranging from small
portable material lifts to large telescopic booms that have working heights up
to 131 feet. Some of the many places you’ll find Genie products are on
construction job sites, highway construction, in industrial facilities, behind the
scenes in the entertainment industry, and on home improvement projects.
